Welcome to New Path Counseling! I’m excited to hear your story and walk with you on your journey.

I graduated from Judson University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and in 2019 I received a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Internal University. I have worked in the mental health field for the past 16 years, serving diverse populations. I have provided skills training to children from foster/adoptive homes along with their families, worked as a crisis intervention specialist for at-risk adolescents, and helped adult clients address a wide range of issues in individual therapy.

I focus on supporting individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, life changes, stress management, and low self-esteem. I also help individuals work through trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I approach counseling through a strengths-based lens, incorporating elements from cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, and narrative therapy.
